I find it so hard to read complete fish. Most of their moves don't make any sense and they're just doing whatever for the sake of it. Villain was one of these guys, he was playing very loose which is why I decided to 3bet pre, but then again, is that even the correct line against a LAG fish?
How do I work on my hand reading skills against somebody who has no plan/structure to his game in the first place?
Work with his general tendancies and not only with hand range analysis.
If the guy is passive, aggression means strength. Look if the guy is fit or fold. Is he a station?
Does he bluff a lot? etc...
Against this type of player, you will have to play the relative strength of your hand on the board and adjust to his tendancies.
