Sthief09 just did 2 mentor episodes talking about that.
He also started the serie "homework" about how to learn these things. It is not really about GTO but this presents the iterative methods to appoach it.

Improva has as well a seminar about GTO, which might help you as well. You can find it in the coaching forum.

Though I don't think that french people can understand that. They suck at pokerzzzz
